Maizy holds space with a steady heart and a playful spirit, inviting people into deeper connection with themselves and each other. With roots in therapeutic movement, community building, and group work, she guides experiences that blend presence, curiosity, and joyful exploration.
As a certified Social Health Facilitator through SeekHealing and a graduate of Level 3 training with Authentic Relating International, Maizy brings skillful depth to the space where strangers can become allies and conversations become mirrors. She believes that when we feel safe enough to be real, healing and belonging naturally unfold. Her workshops are a soft landing place for honesty, laughter, and a reminder of the magic of being human.
